Also called “4-color process printing,” process printing refers to the technique of printing a full spectrum of colors using halftones of only 4 ink colors layered over each other: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black (or, CMYK). Simulated process screen printing, commonly referred to as “sim process”, is our preferred method for printing detailed, color intensive images with a lot of blending and gradients. Sim process screen printing can be used on either light or dark shirts.
